Sustainability
Aligning our business and sustainability goals
In order to ease the implementation of our sustainability strategy, we identified 4 pillars to drive our approach. To translate those priorities into concrete actions, we discussed with the top managers to identify which actions and KPIs should be implemented in each department. The objective was to provide to CMHL top management and our board a snapshot about its non-financial performance.
As a result, we identified 19 indicators to measure the current level of performance of CMHL. They have been reviewed and validated by CMHL top management: it is the dashboard used by the Company to manage its non-financial performance. Our sustainability manager is accountable and responsible for implementing this strategy with all the internal and external stakeholders.
