How long does it take to get a response after submitting a new product proposal?If the supplier can provide complete information about the product , a response will be given within 10 business days.

What documents are required to register with CMHL?• Company Registration Certificate (DICA) or SME License • Commercial Tax Registration Certificate • FDA Certificate for food and beverage products • Lab Test from UMFCCI or authorized laboratories(for local food products from small businesses) • Compliance with Myanmar labelling law

What is the payment term?Payments will be made on a weekly basis according to the agreed payment terms after the products have been received.

What delivery options are available for sending orders to the branch locations?There are two options: direct delivery to the branches or delivery through the CMHL Central Warehouse.

Is there a delivery fee for products delivered through the CMHL Central Warehouse?Yes, the delivery fee may vary depending on the products being delivered.

Is there a designated delivery timeframe for orders?Orders must be delivered within 5 days after the order is placed.

How to register as a supplier in CMHL system?Go to https://city-partners.citycloudmm.com/login Click on “New Supplier Registration” Fill in the required information and submit User manual is available under the “user manual” section in the City Partner portal. An account will be provided upon verification

How do I follow up on submitted new item requests?In the “Supplier Registration” section of the City Partner Portal, you can directly check: Product Status Review Remark Approval Status

Can I edit my submission after submitting in City Partner Portal?Yes, you can edit until the final “Submit” is done.

Is it acceptable if there is no barcode yet?GS1 standard barcode can be used. If you do not yet have one, it is advisable to contact the “Myanmar Barcode Association” for further guidance. How are orders received after registration?After registration confirmation, orders will be received weekly via Supplier Portal.

What happens if my item is rejected?You may review the reason, revise accordingly, and re-submit.

Can payment terms be negotiated?Depends on product category and supplier agreement. Must be agreed at registration.

Can I choose to supply only to specific stores?As CMHL is a chain store, selling is allowed by format (supermarket, convenience, hypermarket), not by individual store.

Where can I find the user guide?You can download the “User Manual” (user guide) from the City Partner portal. For assistance with online registration challenges, please call the Purchasing Department support line at +95 9459830884 during office hours.

Is there a specified packaging type?To ensure that the packaging meets the standards specified for each product type, it is required to align with the CMHL purchasing department.
